Draft for review — these terms are not yet in force.

These documents are working drafts prepared for review by qualified counsel. They still contain bracketed placeholders, they create no obligations, and they do not describe every feature as it exists today. We will publish the final versions before they apply to anyone.

Acceptable Use Policy

DRAFT v0.1 · last edited 2026-08-19 · not in force

DRAFT v0.1 — 19 August 2026 — prepared for review by qualified counsel; not yet in force.

Key points (summary only — not binding; the numbered clauses prevail)

  • Use the Platform lawfully, keep your credentials secure (two-factor authentication is recommended for Admin and Approver users and will be required once it is available), and keep the information you provide accurate.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, and listing Suspected Unapproved Parts (SUPs), counterfeit or stolen material are strictly prohibited.
  • No fee circumvention: for [12] months after an introduction through the Platform, you may not take that deal off-platform to avoid fees.
  • No scraping or harvesting of Platform data, no reverse engineering, and no abuse of deal rooms, data rooms or tender confidentiality. Collusion and bid rigging in tenders are prohibited.
  • AI features are assistive: do not attempt prompt injection or manipulation, and always review AI outputs before relying on them.
  • Report violations to [abuse@vistason.com]. Vistason applies a graduated enforcement ladder from warnings to termination and reporting to authorities.
  • You must cooperate with investigations. Vistason may update this Policy on notice.

1. Scope

1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets the rules of conduct for everyone who accesses or uses the Vistason Platform, operated by PostReach AI Limited ("Vistason"): every account (Seller or Buyer), every Authorised User under any role (Admin, Approver, Lister, Buyer, Viewer), and every visitor. It forms part of the Vistason Terms of Service (the "Terms") and must be read with the Export Control and Sanctions Policy, the KYC/AML Policy, the Settlement and Payments Terms, the Dispute Resolution and Returns Policy and the Privacy Policy. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

1.2 Each account is responsible for the acts and omissions of its Authorised Users and of anyone who accesses the Platform using its credentials.

2. Lawful use

2.1 You must use the Platform only for lawful business purposes connected with the trading of aviation material, and in compliance with all laws that apply to you, including export-control and sanctions law (see the Export Control and Sanctions Policy), anti-money-laundering law (see the KYC/AML Policy), anti-bribery and corruption law (including the UK Bribery Act 2010 and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act where applicable), competition law, aviation-safety regulation and tax law.

2.2 The Platform is for businesses only. You must not use it for personal, family or household purposes, and you must not make an account available to any person who is not an Authorised User of your business.

3. Account security

3.1 You must: (a) keep credentials confidential and not share accounts or passwords between individuals — each Authorised User must have their own login; (b) use two-factor authentication for Authorised Users with the Admin or Approver role where the Platform offers it — Vistason recommends this today and will make it a condition of those roles once the Platform provides it; (c) ensure access rights reflect current staff — remove leavers and adjust roles without delay; and (d) notify Vistason at [security@vistason.com] immediately on becoming aware of any unauthorised access, credential compromise or suspicious activity on your account.

3.2 Actions taken through your credentials are attributed to your account. Vistason may suspend credentials or sessions it reasonably suspects are compromised.

4. Accuracy of information

4.1 All information you provide on or through the Platform must be true, accurate, current and complete, including: company and KYC information; listing data (part numbers, serial numbers, condition codes, quantities, ATA chapters); photos (which must show the actual unit offered, including its data plate); trace documents (FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, back-to-birth records, non-incident statements, removal tags, shop reports); disclosure of incident/accident involvement, life limits, shelf life, AD/SB status and dangerous-goods status; and offers, bids and Deal-room statements. You must correct errors promptly and keep listings current, withdrawing units that are no longer available.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not attempt to, do any of the following:

5.1 Fraud and misrepresentation. Deceive any user or Vistason, including by misdescribing material or its condition code, falsifying or altering trace documents or release certificates, using photos of a different unit, concealing incident/accident involvement or life-limit exhaustion, misrepresenting your identity or authority, or impersonating another business or person.

5.2 Unapproved, counterfeit or stolen material. List, offer, sell or ship Suspected Unapproved Parts (SUPs), counterfeit parts, or stolen or misappropriated material; or offer material without having (or being able to pass) title to it.

5.3 Fee circumvention. Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, Vistason's fees, including by concluding, moving or settling off the Platform a transaction in material with a counterparty first introduced or identified to you through the Platform (including through a listing, tender, offer, want-list match or Deal room), for a period of [12] months from the introduction; or by misstating the price or scope of a Deal to reduce fees. If a deal within this clause is concluded off-platform, Vistason may invoice the Success Fee that would have applied, without prejudice to its other remedies.

5.4 Scraping and harvesting. Access the Platform by any automated means (scrapers, bots, crawlers) except through interfaces Vistason expressly provides; harvest, copy, republish or resell Platform content, listings, pricing data or user contact details; use Platform data to build or train a competing product, database or pricing service; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform.

5.5 Reverse engineering. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, algorithms or non-public data of the Platform, except to the extent a law expressly permits it notwithstanding this clause.

5.6 Abuse of deal rooms, data rooms and tender confidentiality. Use information obtained in a Deal room, data room or tender otherwise than for the deal or tender concerned; disclose sealed-bid information, reserve prices, counterparty identities or negotiation positions to third parties; retain or exploit confidential documents after a deal or tender ends, except as agreed or as law requires.

5.7 Collusion and bid rigging. Agree, coordinate or exchange information with other actual or potential bidders regarding bids, prices or participation in any tender or auction; submit sham or complementary bids; use multiple accounts or affiliates to manipulate a tender, auction or best-offer process; or otherwise breach competition law.

5.8 Harassment. Harass, threaten, defame or abuse any user, Authorised User or Vistason staff member, including in Deal-room messages and dispute cases.

5.9 Malware and interference. Introduce malware or malicious code; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform without written authorisation; interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its infrastructure or other users' use; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data.

5.10 Infringing content. Upload or transmit content that infringes intellectual-property rights, breaches confidentiality obligations you owe to others, or is unlawful; or use Vistason's names and marks ("Vistason", "Radar", "Hangar", "Tower") except as permitted by the Terms.

5.11 Spam. Send unsolicited bulk or promotional messages through the Platform; use Platform messaging or contact data for marketing unrelated to a specific deal; or list units you do not actually hold or control in order to generate leads ("phantom listings").

6. AI features

6.1 The Platform uses AI-assisted features, including normalisation of inventory data (part numbers, condition codes, ATA chapters) and related suggestions. These features are assistive tools, not a source of assured facts.

6.2 You must not attempt to manipulate AI features, including by prompt injection — embedding instructions in listing text, documents, file names, messages or other inputs intended to alter the behaviour of AI systems, extract system prompts or other users' data, or produce misleading outputs.

6.3 You must review AI-generated or AI-normalised outputs that relate to your listings or deals before relying on or publishing them. The Seller remains fully responsible for the accuracy of its listings, including fields populated or suggested by AI; an AI suggestion is not a defence to misdescription.

7. Reporting violations

7.1 Report suspected violations of this AUP — including suspected SUPs or counterfeit material, fraud, fee circumvention, security issues or abusive conduct — to [abuse@vistason.com] (security issues: [security@vistason.com]). Reports of suspected unapproved parts may also need to be made to your aviation authority under your own regulatory obligations; Vistason's process does not replace them.

7.2 Vistason treats reports confidentially so far as reasonably possible and does not tolerate retaliation against good-faith reporters. Knowingly false reports are themselves a breach of this AUP.

8. Consequences of violations

8.1 Vistason applies a graduated enforcement ladder, choosing the step proportionate to the severity, intent and history of the violation: (a) informal notice and request to remedy; (b) formal warning recorded on the account; (c) removal or unpublishing of listings, bids or content; (d) restriction of features (for example tender access, messaging, publishing) or transaction limits; (e) suspension of the account or of specific Authorised Users; (f) termination of the account under the Terms; and (g) where warranted, reporting to law-enforcement, aviation, customs or other authorities, and claims for damages including recovery of circumvented fees.

8.2 Serious violations — fraud, SUPs or counterfeit material, sanctions or export-control breaches, bid rigging, malware, or endangering safety — may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior warning. Deals affected by a violation may be paused or cancelled, and Settlement Funds held for the Deal dealt with under the Settlement and Payments Terms and the Dispute Resolution and Returns Policy.

8.3 Vistason may preserve and use records of violations for enforcement, defence of claims and regulatory purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Cooperation with investigations

9.1 You must cooperate promptly, truthfully and in good faith with Vistason's investigations under this AUP, including by providing information, documents and access to relevant Deal-room records, and by preserving evidence once notified of an investigation. Vistason may suspend affected listings, Deals or accounts while an investigation is ongoing, may withhold release of Settlement Funds for an affected Deal, and may involve the [PAYMENT SERVICES PROVIDER], forwarders or authorities where relevant.

10. Changes

10.1 Vistason may amend this AUP at any time with effect on posting to the Platform, giving advance notice of material changes where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. This AUP is governed by the law of [SPAIN] and subject to the venue and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms.
